Zurich Service Agreement

I have two services that I have already used. It was an oil change and a tire rotation. I took my car to D`Ella Honda from Glens Falls. I know a lot of people there and they`re very nice. The service lasted about 45 minutes and was free. That was good. Claim procedures are confusing. Customer service is not available, rude and disrespectful. No attorney has been assigned. The contract is not clear. The maintenance department contacted Zurich, provided everything it requested and still did not take into account the demand.

Wasted time, effort and money… staff are lazy, disrespectful and dishonest. Everything is written in favor of the company… Customers remain an unnecessary policy and a considerable waste of money. It is absolutely not worth using Zurich as a guarantee company. Unless you want to learn an expensive lesson in "What not to do" … Let me give you the time, the frustration, the headaches, and DO NOT USE Z-RICH GARANTIE!!!! The cost of an automotive service contract is not available on the Zurich website. The best way to get a specific price is to speak to a Zurich representative at a retailer that sells products from Zurich. You will be able to discuss with you your contractual decisions and what is in line with your budget. Prices vary depending on the location of the dealer and the manufacturer, the model, the year and the mileage of the vehicle.

I know firsthand that this company is behind their product. Much has to do with the car dealership that enabled the acquisition of the Zurich contract. I used their service to repair my tire, where I hit a pothole, and curved the rim. Not only did they drag my car, but they replaced the rim and the tires. Through the program, a designated employee takes over the sales contract, so that other advisors are free to manage regular service work. The sale of guarantees in the department was previously a reflection, Sickel said. With the acquisition of dallas-based startup Sea Pine Technologies, 3 years old, Zurich will make a significant contribution to the development of future applications and extensions and will offer the program exclusively to distributors, said Marie Knight, Director of Direct Markets in Zurich.
